- John Mergedoller showed the essential elements of the PBL according to the BIE's model
- The first prototype of the e-learning platform was presented and technical tem collected important feedbacks from all in order to further improve it
- Partners were trained on how to produce the course contents
- The course contents production was detailed scheduled
- The potential dates for the start of the project experimentation was discussed and agreed: the course is going to start according to each country specific needs
